If so, this dynamic, fast-paced environment may be a perfect fit. We are seeking Director-level employees in both the Front of the House and in the Kitchen.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Commitment to our Restaurant Vision
  • Mastery of knowledge and skill of team member positions throughout the restaurant
  • Directing the daily operations of the Front of the House and/or the Heart of the House (Kitchen)
  • Ensuring compliance with Chick-Fil-A North Haven standards in all areas of operation
  • Ensuring the highest quality food and services are delivered to our guests
  • Be a role model for all North Haven team members in regards to customer care, cleanliness, organization, and personal accountability
  • Assist in training new members through shadowing and example-setting
  • Assist in recruiting and/or hiring new team members
  • Promote a safe and productive work atmosphere

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be at least 21 years old to apply
  • Several years of documented leadership ability and proficiency
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and lead other team members
  • Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, accountable, and organized
  • Eagerness to learn and improve personal skill set and assist others in the same effort
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with Team Members, Team Leaders, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs
  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset
  • Have completed a four-year degree, or working towards a four-year degree (highly recommended)
