Registered Nurse Admin House Supervisor RN PRN Nights The Administrative Supervisor represents Hospital and Nursing Administration in their absence and supports the mission, vision and values of Medical Center of Plano and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing. The Administrative Supervisor promotes, advocates for and supports the nursing staff’s primary commitment to protect the health, safety and rights of the individual, family and community. When assisting in patient care activities, this RN is accountable for their practice and care coordination. The RN is expected to practice autonomously utilizing evidence based practices. What you need to be successful:
Graduate of a School of Nursing, BSN required/MSN preferred
TX license as a Registered Nurse or compact license
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for Healthcare Providers issued by either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
5 years progressive nursing experience-minimum of 2 years Supervisory capacity is required
