Founded in 2019, Project Passport is a startup mental empowerment retreat company created to help clients regain control of their lives and discover the joy that they are entitled to. Duties and Responsibilities (all work will be strictly remote until further notice):

While this position is fully commissioned based (meaning you are paid based on what you sell), you will be joining a tight knit team that is committed to helping you find success in selling retreats to individual, organizational, and corporate entities. We want you to have unlimited income caps in the work you do and we are here to help you make it happen!

This role involves the following aspects:

  • The sales and marketing of Project Passport virtual retreats (and eventually in-person retreats) to primarily companies and organizations; some sales to direct individual customers
  • Participate in business to business (B2B) sales where you secure contracts with companies for our retreat services
  • Participate in virtual orientation and virtual team meetings
  • Social media posting/promotion (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc)
  • Must ensure all postings of Project Passport content are appropriate to brand
  • Working with company CEO and Business Development Partner to execute proper marketing and promotion of virtual and in-person retreats
  • Efficiently communicate with clients about Project Passport offerings with honest, informative feedback
  • Participate in B2B partnership efforts where appropriate, particularly to mental health professionals
  • Solicit interest in the Project Passport company client funnel via retreat bookings, email list sign ups, free mini-retreat participation, exploration calls
  • Assist in the distribution and some creation of promotional materials for the company
  • Reach sales and marketing goals of virtual and in-person retreats
  • Host/attend promotional events via live web event
  • Create and contribute to innovative blog and marketing content as needed

Position Requirements:

  • Prefer candidate to have a Bachelor’s degree AND/OR experience in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, and any relevant field
  • Must have access to internet, phone, and computer
  • Must have working knowledge AND use at least 1-2 of the following: Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, G-mail, Canva and other major computer systems (will provide training as needed)

  • Ability to confidently speak and interact with people either over the phone or in-person
  • Strong customer service skills, professionalism
  • Self-driven and self-starter
  • Motivated to be successful

Compensation: Commission + bonuses (specifics will be discussed prior to extension of offer)
