Creative Fusion is a fast-paced marketing and design firm located in the heart of San Diego and we're seeking an energetic, Print Production/Office Assistant with outstanding people skills, the ability to problem solve, and a meticulous nature. We need a team member who's ready to help keep our office organized, our jobs on track, and the staff morale high--while being ready to meet every task head-on.

Successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, the ability to take on a variety of requests confidently and intelligently, plus the willingness to roll up their sleeves and see tasks from start to finish. They would benefit from having print production and shipping background, exceptional Word, Excel, and Internet search skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience and interest in print production
  • Required knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
  • Strong verbal skills both written and oral
  • Strong math skills
  • Previous office experience required
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Office experience a must

Job Tasks:

  • Assist production manager
  • Create purchase orders for vendors/Some negotiation skills
  • Assist with writing Proposals for clients
  • Production, fulfillment and shipping
  • FedEx, UPS, USPS & courier packing and scheduling
  • Create & maintain organized spreadsheets (ie: products, services, fees, etc)
  • Type letters, reports & forms
  • Conduct Internet research & purchases
  • Maintain job jackets and filing system
  • Maintain office calendar
  • Welcome clients at front desk/answer phone
  • Plan client/company happy hours, office outings, and holiday parties
  • Other duties as assigned, such as errand running, maintaining company vehicle, grocery orders, office supplies and overall maintenance of office
