, LLC (FTC) is seeking a Intelligence Analyst (Integration /Interoperability Assessments and Coalition IT) with extensive Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and provide comment on assigned JCIDS documents to include accompanying Department of Defense Architecture framework (DoDAF) views.
Plan, conduct and support intelligence integration and interoperability assessments.
Synchronize all efforts under Joint Staff J28 business processes, to include rigorous, repeatable and unbiased assessments of current or emerging Battlespace Awareness (BA) capabilities, providing findings and recommendations for potential solutions or improvements to existing solutions to resolve and/or mitigate capability gaps.
Produce AAR, specified Assessment Reports and other required documentation from research, analysis and assessment activities.
Plan, coordinate, execute IPRs, working groups, and/or working sessions to facilitate assessment activities.
Gathering developing, planning, execution, and production of all required documents relevant to specific US Coalition, CCMD, and IC associated enterprises.
Support resolution of Joint Staff Action Packages and other taskings.
Work directly with and maintain continuous interface with US Coalition community, CCMDs, the IC staff, steering/working groups on IT architectures, requirements and capabilities to support data sharing, integration and interoperability.
Provide network planning and engineering analysis support to include US Coalition, CCMD, IC Intel IT Architecture and Intel Systems baselines and transition plans.
Requires Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly.
Prior Intelligence, Information Technology, DCGS, and/or Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) experience.
High-level of staffing skills and proven organizational abilities to provide senior level products and briefings
Able to work independently and without direct supervision.
Highly demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) and DoDAF 2.0.
Experience in Intelligence Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (TCPED) and data sharing across the DoD, Services, CCMDs, and/or Coalition Intelligence systems and programs.
Experience with Defense Intelligence Enterprise functions, methods and related systems, intelligence product applications, testing and problem resolution.
Experience in the development and management of POA&Ms.
Posses detailed understanding and knowledge in development of data collection/survey metrics, including measures of performance / measures of effectiveness; assessment and evaluation methodologies; results validation; targeted and collateral improvement recommendations; product visualization development; presentation of program assessments.
Experience, training, and/or highly demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS), Joint Staff Action Office and Joint Staff Action Processing (JSAP) functions
Possess an understanding of the Joint Staff and its interactions within the DoD and Intelligence Community.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree with 4-6 years of relevant subject matter experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years subject matter experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Expert-level command of the English language
