Deliver prompt, courteous customer service through multiple software applications (email, chat, phone) and technology platforms to provide front line support to clients.
Follow all procedures for complete and accurate scheduling of patients.
Collect patient data involving medical, demographic, and insurance information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Use discovery, critical thinking, and problem-solving processes to troubleshoot issues and generate solutions.
Operate multi-line telephone queue to process incoming and outgoing calls in a rapid, accurate, and courteous manner.
Process credit card payments, respond to common client billing concerns and provide billing statements to customers.
Advocate for clients’ issues, inquiries, concerns, needs, and suggestions while maintaining ownership of the case and follow-through to completion.
Thorough documentation of all client interactions within our ticketing and contact center software platforms.
Other client experience related duties as assigned.
