is an independent agency with a consistent record of explosive growth. Our group has built successful sales teams throughout MN, SD, IA and other regions. We are looking to partner with a driven team leader to use our proven model for growth to replicate that success in Madison.

The progression includes learning our business from the ground up; beginning with our sales process, adding in training responsibilities and ultimately leading the team. Some of our team leaders have realized this advancement within only 2-3 months as the timeline is tied to defined performance milestones rather than tenure.

Our organization has grown over 30% every year for well over a decade,. We are looking for a key player who will enjoy the benefits of continuing that double-digit sales growth.

The position offers the ability to earn over $100,000 in your first year, and the chance to move into a sales management position within 4-8 weeks.

The compensation package includes:

  • uncapped commissions
  • lifetime vested renewal commissions
  • ownership stake through stock bonuses (immediately vested)
  • monthly leadership, cash and travel incentives

Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Daily in-person sales calls using mobile database of prospects
  • Follow proprietary sales system for prospecting and presentations
  • Make sales presentations to groups as well as individuals
  • Follow proven sales system and training protocols with new team members
  • Mentoring others through field training and one-on-one sales coaching

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven, documented record of elite performance in sales, leadership and/or athletics

  • Previous experience in sales or related field
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
