As an innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) company, we build high-demand products for the automotive industry that help dealerships engage with today’s buyers the way they want to. Things like instant messaging with buyers on social media, helping consumers buy cars from home, and assisting dealerships pivot to new market/consumer trends are part of the value we provide. The Customer Success Representative Position:

We are looking for someone that is good with a computer, and can navigate quickly on a Mac computer. 50% of this job is navigating through our platform and our vendors and the other 50% is communicating with our customer base.

We need a strong communicator who can reach out to new customers and make a positive first impression. You will lead them through the onboarding process of our software and strive to understand their goals to draw a clear path for immediate success. Your role will grow as you learn more about our company and how to use our system.

  • Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish highly desirable
  • Proven recent success in a customer service role
  • Competent in IOS software
  • Comfortable using a Mac desktop
  • Experience with Google Docs (Pages, Spreadsheet and Slides)
  • Experienced with Google Drive
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and engage dynamically with a set of customers
  • Experience making outbound calls to difficult business owners
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and think on your feet
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
  • Possess a technical aptitude to understand new products and platforms
  • Ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
  • Must be reliable and hardworking
