As an innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) company, we build high-demand products for the automotive industry that help dealerships engage with today’s buyers the way they want to. The Customer Success Representative Position:
We are looking for someone that is good with a computer, and can navigate quickly on a Mac computer. 50% of this job is navigating through our platform and our vendors and the other 50% is communicating with our customer base.
We need a strong communicator who can reach out to new customers and make a positive first impression. You will lead them through the onboarding process of our software and strive to understand their goals to draw a clear path for immediate success. Your role will grow as you learn more about our company and how to use our system.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
This is a remote position. All interviews will be conducted remotely as well.
This Job Is:
A valid drivers license is required. A standard driver's license is sufficient. You do not need to provide your own vehicle. You do NOT need a CDL.
Previous cash handling experience is preferred but if you have the ability to accurately count currency then we can train you to be a teller.
No CDL license is necessary for our vehicle. Must have a valid driver's license and a driver's record (which can be obtained online at the DPS website).
Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses. Responds to guest queries and requests. Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
