Customer Service Colleague (Representative)

Essential Functions & Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email and phone channels
  • Earn the trust of customers
  • Educate customers on product for optimal understanding and ease of use & accessibility
  • Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
