Wiser Wealth Management is a financial services firm located in downtown Marietta. We provide financial planning, asset management, small business retirement plans and other hourly financial services to our clients.

Office Assistant Position Overview

This part-time role will primarily assist the Office Manager in our front office. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Scan, file, copy and other routine office tasks
  • Answer incoming client calls and greet guests
  • Maintain the lobby and conference area
  • Support Office Manager with various tasks for servicing clients
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

The right candidate for this position will meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent computer and telephone skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and process driven
  • Exceptional task management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative and positive team-building demeanor
  • Trustworthy and confidentiality are imperative

Previous office experience is required. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be available 2-3 days per week, hours and days to be discussed. Only completed applications and assessments will be considered.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
