The incumbent is a Community Outreach Specialist in the Public Affairs Section, in the Community and Public Relations Service at the Dayton VA Medical Center.Responsibilities
The incumbent provides and coordinates community outreach, marketing and special events for the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC)Community and Public Relations Service. Coordination of regional and on-campus marketing efforts in support of local and regional outreach efforts. Incumbent is responsible for coordinating all of the operations and logistical aspects of the health care system's community health fairs. Coordinates advertising, promotions, marketing and other activities in support of outreach events. Responsible for coordination details of local and regional promotional events.
Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am4:30 pm:
Telework: Occasional telework may be authorized based on performance and Nature of Duty. The Outreach Assistant will be physically present for outreach events.
