Safestreets is looking for a Part time office assistant/receptionist to provide administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with ownership, management team, and anyone needing assistance.

As the Office Assistant of our American Fork location, you will help in the execution and completion of the responsibilities designated to the Executive Assistant involving executive support both business and personal, employee relations, administrative functions, and general office management. Collectively, our purpose is to make life easier for the owners and create a successful work environment for everyone.


  • Keep the office organized and operating smoothly.
  • Plan and communicate office activities/meetings
  • Fed Ex shipping
  • Keep snacks, fridge, and office supplies stocked and organized.
  • Errands- Owner’s personal and company errands.
    • Lunch for owners and guests
    • Help with driving owner’s kids from A to Z- School, gym, summer activities, etc.
    • Various errands for owners and owner’s wives.
    • Store and office supply errands
  • Acknowledge and welcome anyone that walks through our doors
  • Help build culture and create an energetic office
  • Be Dependable and reliable to owners and all office employees.
  • Being proactive about office functions and needs.
  • Be a constant liaison between vendors, contractors, departments, and the other Safestreets offices
  • Assist HR with employee relations

  • At least one year of reception or administration experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role

Position Details:

  • Part Time
  • $11/hour
  • Reliable car- Miles will be compensated
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Monday-Friday 11:00am4:00pm in office
  • Flexibility is needed as schedules may change often and according to seasons
