Job Role & Summary

Volumetric Cement Specialist

• Responsible for loading equipment with necessary aggregates, sand, and cement powder according to prescribed procedures, including water and other required additives. Also paying special attention to weight distribution and limits

Responsible for the supervision of delivery and batch mix of ordered concrete to construction job sites in a safe and efficient manner

Does not require CDL or drivers license required

Ability to complete assigned work on time with a high attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis

Ability to work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold

Responsible for detailed and accurate documentation/tracking of daily measurement loads

Capable of understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions

Comply with all company policies and regulations

Able to take direction well and work in a team environment

Good communication and time management skills

Good work ethic and must be punctual
