Based in Stamford, Conn., has approximately 3100 associates in 19 countries. Position Summary: is seeking detail-oriented Customer Service Travel Representatives to join our team in Westerville, OH. Our ideal Customer Service Travel Representative is fun loving and has a work hard, play hard mentality. They will be responsible for assisting customers in completing airline ticket purchases over the phone, informing customers of promotions and deals, and supporting customers in booking other services such as hotels, activities and car rentals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide amazing service for inbound calls from customers who want to redeem their loyalty points for travel Offer accompanying travel products – car, hotel, activities – to enhance the customers travel experience Achieve individual performance objectives that contribute to our organizational goals and client expectations Model behavior in accordance with our Company Core Values: Teamwork, Integrity, Customer Focus, Communication, Trust, Total Performance, and Passion Preferred Qualifications: One year customer service or call center experience preferred Must have 100% schedule flexibility between the hours of 6am – midnight, 7 days a week Must have the flexibility to work from home and on site Strong computer skills are a must!
