, the leader in community management, is seeking a part time Weekend Front Desk Associate to join our team at our luxury association, Solair, located in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

Job Summary

  • Represent and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
  • Provide concierge services
  • Complete Daily Activity Report
  • Receive and distribute resident parcels
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the association's governing documents

Scheduled: Saturday & Sunday 7am3 pm

Compensation: $16.50 per hour

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is highly desired.
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
  • Strong judgement and solutions oriented
  • Proactive customer service approach

  • Bilingual English/ Korean a plus.
