CalTech is looking to hire a Human Resources Recruiter who can effectively recruit, process, and recommend candidates using CalTech's mission, vision, values and culture. You must be a team player and willing to put in an honest day’s work!

What You'll Do
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process, including recruiting, scheduling and performing interviews, answering candidates’ questions, and informing candidates and potential candidates of CalTech’s benefit offerings, job opportunities, compensation structure, unique career paths, and culture.
As the Human Resources Recruiter, you will organize and host job fairs, outreach campaigns, and other events to add candidates into CalTech's ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and grow positive brand awareness in the communities we serve. You will also attend student group meetings and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs. You will use social media extensively to reach potential candidates.
You will play a critical role in making sure CalTech is adequately staffed with great people that align with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
