, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their management team. The ideal candidate is efficient, self-starter, detail oriented, can multi-task and is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. The Administrative Assistant will work on special projects, be a self-starter, team player with a can-do attitude. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Works on special projects; updates weekly Agendas
  • Upholds strict level of confidentiality
  • Updates calendar
  • Sit on weekly team meetings as needed
  • Work with the team on progress/report out
  • Assist with job descriptions/updates
  • Assist with resumes – review/print daily/update folders
  • Assist with performance evaluations
  • Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite of software, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or
  • 2+ years’ experience in administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skillsExcel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
  • Spanish speaking a plus
