In support of the Sales, Marketing, and Activities Office, this serves as the Receptionist for the office. This position will answer questions and provide information to residents, staff, guests and the general public regarding . In addition, this position provides information regarding activities conducted at Riverview, location of departments, offices, and employees within our organization. The Receptionist must always maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to professional standards, Riverview policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements at all times.
Earned High School diploma or GED at the time of hire.
CPR certified within 30 days of hire and maintained while employed.
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living facility industry.
