BUSINESS MANAGER POSITION
Feller Behavioral Health
Seeking highly skilled healthcare business manager to join our successful, growing interdisciplinary behavioral health care practice with locations in Bountiful and Farmington.
Our practice mission is to provide and promote exceptional quality behavioral health care to individuals, couples and families in our communities using an interdisciplinary treatment team approach, evidence-based treatments, and partnering with healthcare providers, family and community support systems to ensure client/patient healing and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a track record of outstanding healthcare managerial experience managing day-to-day operational activities, including financial and accounting functions, insurance credentialing and billing, human resources and customer/client care.
The Healthcare Business Manager performs all business management functions, including Office Manager supervision and oversight of the Client Care Team, staff training, individual and team development, business development and networking. The Healthcare Business Manager models professional demeanor and conduct, motivates and ensures staff development through weekly supervision, systems and organizational trainings, development and implementation of key operational and financial measures. Recruits, hires, trains and retains staff; conducts team building activities; promotes stability and consistency. Develops a practice culture of positivity, respect, team building, integrity and organizational pursuit of excellence. Identifies opportunities for increased efficiency, profitability, growth, development and expansion.
Hires, trains, and evaluates new employees.
Directs teams, supervisors and managers.
Motivates staff through encouragement, validation and positive feedback.
Develops staff employee evaluations and trainings.
Develops and implements incentive programs.
Ensures providers and staff have the resources to complete effective treatment and work responsibilities.
Adaptable and flexible in accepting and performing changing functions to support the needs of the organization.
Develop and manage the client care team and client services assuring clients have an exceptional experience throughout treatment and care.
Develops and manages insurance credentialing, billing and collection systems
Work closely with the clinical director to create a strong mutually supportive team of support staff and providers.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for all business functions.
Produce monthly income statements; develop and implement budgets; create proformas forecasting revenue, profits and utilization of resources.
Work with financial institutions and vendors to secure needed resources, equipment, materials and services.
Ensure all company activities are in compliance with legal and government regulations, health and safety standards and best practices.
Ensure security of physical and electronic files and client information per HIPAA.
Assure maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
Reports to the practice director/owner.
