Summary of Position

The Customer Care Representative’s primary focus is providing excellent customer service for our customers. This includes acting as a liaison between customers and our service department, handling administrative tasks associated with sales, and providing a high quality customer service experience during the delivery and initial days after delivery. The Customer Care Representative takes on a number of other duties related to inventory and purchasing.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain sales orders.
  • Maintain customer database.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Production, and Sales.
  • Assist with collecting payments, including communicating with financial institutions.
  • Provide warranty information to customers.
  • Complete all administrate tasks relevant to certifications and documentation (ex. NMMA, HIN/VIN, tags, etc).
  • Assist customers with personalization of boats, including vinyl wrapping, upholstery, and paint selections.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with customers during the build process, including sending photo and timeline updates.
  • Work with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of components.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and usage related to BOM’s and warranty needs.
  • Manage the Pavati company store, including monitoring sales and preparing apparel packages for customers.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years of customer service experience, over-the-phone experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
