Summary of Position
The Customer Care Representative’s primary focus is providing excellent customer service for our customers. This includes acting as a liaison between customers and our service department, handling administrative tasks associated with sales, and providing a high quality customer service experience during the delivery and initial days after delivery. The Customer Care Representative takes on a number of other duties related to inventory and purchasing.
