As the Loan Processor/Servicer Analyzes client information, financial status, credit, and collateral to determine eligibility for loan requested. Processes loans, prepares closing packages and services loans. Understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Work Relationships and Scope:
Regular contact with clients and most co-workers for the purpose of obtaining and providing information. Regular contact with suppliers/vendors, community/trade/professional affiliations, federal/state government/regulatory agencies, and other financial institutions. Works regularly with highly confidential business and client information. Participates in bank committees and events.
Quality, accuracy, reliability, thoroughness and timeliness of work performed and services provided to clients and co-workers are critical. Must maintain confidentiality of Bank and client information; must demonstrate friendly and helpful approach and attitude toward internal and external clients. Effectively communicates and develops good working relationships with all co-workers and clients; professional workplace appearance and conduct; honesty and integrity in all client and co-worker communications; reliability in reporting to work regularly and on time; understands Bank policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations. Participates in training and appropriate professional development. Multi-tasks and effectively manages varying duties throughout the workday. Demonstrates professionalism, commitment to the job, and loyalty to the Bank.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent required, a 2 year business or accounting-related degree preferred, 3+ years banking experience preferred, previous loan experience required. Must possess courteous and professional customer service attitude; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain highly confidential client and Bank information. Must possess computer skills; strong organization and follow-up skills; basic math skills up to and including fractions. Must possess ability to deal effectively with time pressures and stress that can change hourly depending on level of client activity; effective problem solving and research skills.
Work is performed largely in an office environment with minimal chance for personal injury. Regular mental and visual concentration for computer usage required. Occasional out-of-town and overnight business travel (air or auto) is required for business and education. Regular use of telephone. Frequent repetitive use of keyboard for approximately 6 hours per day. Frequent repetitive fingering of documents. Requires ability to receive and provide detailed information through verbal and written communication. Will alternate sitting, standing, and walking throughout work shift. Bend, kneel, turn, lift and carry up to 20 pounds of documents and office supplies. Occasional exposure to significant work pace. Work is performed generally during regular business hours with minimal expectation of overtime.
Operates personal computer in a Windows environment for word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, internet, and other bank specific software. Operates core system on Silverlake. Utilizes a variety of office equipment including printer/copier/scanner and multi-line telephone.
Ensure all calls and pages are answered promptly, courteously and effectively. Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Other duties may be assigned.

A Class A license is required for this job with a tanker and air brake endorsement. A milk sampling license is also required that we will help you obtain.
