We are now looking for a Head of Supply Operations Dallas to create and ensure Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Supply Chain. This is done by developing the Supply Strategy bringing the Supply Strategy into execution with operational efficiency. The Head of Operations is the primary interface with all internal stakeholders and warehouse activities, such as Warehouse Management, LSP, and Outbound. Additionally, the position manages and executes consistent weekly/biweekly meetings with key stakeholders where Supply KPI’s and quality delivery metrics are measured, discussed and improvement plans agreed to with execution.

Our Exciting Opportunity:
  • You will drive the supply process to fulfill customer orders and deliver products in a cost-efficient way to our customers on time
  • Optimize the e2e process from suppliers to customers
  • Achieve an efficient flow in, within, and out of a warehouse
  • Fulfill on-time deliveries with correct inventory accuracy and quality
  • Apply the supply strategy and supply processes

In this role you will:
  • Conduct internal and external audit support and warehouse operational optimization (space)
  • Shop floor ownership and generate the line efficiency program (LSP)
  • EW, Warehouse systems optimization, and LSP Management
  • Handle operational, administrative, and production management tasks related to receiving, internal movement, storing, picking, WH value-add services
  • Be involved in the production process and packing and repair
  • Complete tasks such as ordering, transportation planning, and warehouse management


To be successful in the role, you must have:
  • Education: University degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of experience in Supply
  • Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge and proven leadership experience
  • Change and Improvement Management Skills and interest and desire to lead people
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build networks
  • Knowledge and good understanding of sourcing process and tools
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
