WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a systems administrator to assist in managing our HRIS platform, PrismHR. PEO experience would be a plus and we will consider remote applicants.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Minimum of 4 years supporting HRIS processes on an HR platform
  • Experience with ADP, Ceridian, Ultipro, Prism HR or HRP
  • Experience with payroll and pay code tax analysis
  • Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience ideal
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and strong time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High School diploma, college degree preferred

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

  • Manage the deployment of new functionality from scheduled system updates or new modules
  • Manage system security, client personalizations, configuring processes for HRIS users
  • Import previously paid wages for mid-year client implementations
  • Collaborate and identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions
  • Coordinate system maintenance and review with applicable vendors
  • Manage vendor delivery of required support and system fixes
  • Verify data integrity by running periodic reviews of system data associated with automated processes and payroll
  • Provide technical support for different user levels from executives to employees to overcome system issues or provide walkthroughs for standard system functions
  • Create custom reports using HRIS resources using report writing tools
  • Assist our implementation team with HRIS client setup options
  • Bank file development and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for system setup and processing issues
