Job Duties and Responsibilities
Enters court data in 's Justice Courts Information System in Odyssey and JWEB.
Answers and transfers multi-line switchboard.
Performs extensive data entry and files in numeric and alpha order.
Works with the public processing payments for traffic, criminal, and civil cases.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited educational institutional and two (2) years of paid Clerical experience.
Heavy filing and some experience working with computers and operating a multi-line phone system.
Basic computer knowledge in a Microsoft Windows based environment.
Uses standard office equipment such as computer, copiers, and fax machine.
A valid U.S. driver's license.
Possesses strong oral and written communications skills.
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, punctual, and dependable.
Capable of multi-tasking, handling high pressure, fast-paced and stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals of diverse background.
Ability to work well with the public and other staff members.
Proper English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and business writing.

Ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds.
Two (2) years paid working experience as either a court clerk, administrative assistant in a legal office, or administration of justice office.
40 Hours per Week, MondayFriday, Some Saturday
$15 per Hour
