Answer phones to schedule/change appointments, should know doctors’ insurance participation, park phone calls and alerts the proper receipient to answer it and take messages over the phone. Greet patients face to face and give them forms to fill, or ask them to sit, collect their copay. Should know how to use (will be trained) medical practice’s patient electronic record EClinicalWorks. Should be skilled in multitasking. Should have good customer service/language skills and ability to understand what patients wants. Not opinionated.
