Due to our continued and forecasted growth, we are actively seeking to add to our current staff here at Smith Family Chiropractic in the South Ausin/Oak Hill area. At Smith Family Chiropractic, we are more than a quick fix for back and joint pain. We strive to change the way people view and apply their health.
The office administrator is a critical role that works with the doctor and staff to ensure they have an efficiently running practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: organization and the utilization of common office programs and procedures; data entry; health insurance verification and interpretation; collections and billing; patient scheduling; assistance with patient care; and other duties required to run a successful office. In this position you will coordinate, track, and report key metrics/measurements related to billing efficiency; attend marketing events outside of regular business hours; and work some evening and weekend hours as necessary.
