As part of the MBA team, the MBA Coordinator will work for the fastest growing University and largest business school in the State of Utah. Utah County is the hub for tech companies and economic growth and is fueling Utah’s economy through job creation and opportunities. As part of the MBA Team, The MBA Coordinator supports efforts to market and recruit for the MBA program, organizes and prepares application materials and manages the MBA admissions process for the Woodbury School of Business.Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a directly related field of study or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of Recruit or similar CRM software for college admissions, including the ability to generate reports for program management preferred.
Knowledge and skill in recruiting and marketing practices including social media marketing
Skill in effective public relations.
Skill in planning and executing small and large groups events.
Skill in interpersonal and written communication.
Ability to work effectively individually and in a team from diverse backgrounds to achieve overall recruitment goals.
Ability to track and report program data including the use of Qualtrics and other data gathering methods.
Ability to be highly detailed and think critically in problem solving to make effective decisions.
Ability to anticipate departmental and student needs.
Ability to attend occasional after-hour events essential to the success of the program.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting, marketing, social media and/or advertising is a plus.Physical Requirements
