Full Description :

We are offering an amazing opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our administrative team. You will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As you will be the first point of contact for our company, you should have a positive and pleasant personality with a can do attitude. Your goal should always be to execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities include:

Greet and announce visitors upon arrival;
Answer and direct all incoming calls;
Manage all correspondence to include distribution of faxes, checks and daily mail;
Preparation of FedEx labels, UPS labels, Certified mail and messenger packages;
Maintenance of our company Outlook calendar, resolve conference room conflicts and place catering orders as directed;
Provide clients with coffee, water and snacks as requested;
Monitor all office supplies (including kitchen) & prepare order request;
General office support to include light copying;
Receipt, set up and clean-up of meals and beverages as needed;
Management of front desk pick-ups and deliveries;
Maintain orderliness in kitchen, conference rooms & reception area;
Replenish all copiers, printers with paper as needed;
Replenish all kitchen supplies (coffee, sugar, creamers, stirrers, cups);
Assist in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Be a self-starter and thinker;
Be an early bird who is highly reliable and punctual;
Have Strong interpersonal skills accompanied by excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, to include Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations;
Possess a high degree of professionalism, and comfortable working with Executives;
Consistent attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong work ethic, with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour

Experience:

  • administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • clerical: 1 year (Preferred)
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
