This position is responsible for administration of our Sales Representatives on & off-boarding. S/he also assists in and administers activities concerned with the implementation and reporting, for GPO agreements, sales contracts, and Government agreements. S/he will work internally with the National Accounts Team, Customer Care, Billing, Sales, and Legal departments, and externally with group purchasing administrators, government personnel, consultants, domestic and international distributors, and other customers. S/he also assists in key Sales Operations processes as needed, including sales rep assignments and ad hoc reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Rep and territory on & off-boarding, including updating/maintaining information in multiple databases
  • Maintains account exception information for sales representatives
  • Assists sales force with identifying customer GPO affiliations, pricing, or any other contract related questions.
  • Assists in production of sales representative commission statements and commission accrual
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability as well as the ability to: plan, execute, control and deliver; communicate effectively both written and verbal; lead and influence others effectively.

Requirements :

  • Minimum experience to include 2+ years’ experience in processing agreements and contracts.
  • Previous experience with Group Purchasing Organizations, Federal Supply Schedule, and/or rebate contracts in a medical environment is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate experience with programs such as Word, Excel, Access, and Crystal Reports, including the ability to compose and understand complex data grouping and data selection criteria and formulas.
  • Cognos and/or Oracle experience desirable.
  • Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,737.00 - $61,000.00 per year
