Virginia Furniture Market in Rocky Mount, VA is seeking someone to join our service team to provide both administrative and quality assurance support.

Key Duties

-To provide administrative support to the service team in a warehouse setting/position.

- Task oriented, team focused with a drive for quality customer service.

- Must have working knowledge of basic computer functions and programs; email, windows, Microsoft, etc.

- Assist with the receiving and tracking of parts / products to ensure various types of services are performed and completed.

- Verifying and documenting receipt of products and services to ensure scheduling of services.

- To assist in the tracking of repairs / services performed on a daily basis by updating and documenting.

- To assist service department with customer services by answering phone calls and dealing with issuing repair orders.

- Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
