Works within TRIO-Student Support Services Office and/or TRIO Lounge on the Armstrong Campus to provide customer service and administrative support.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period. is a tobacco and smoke-free community. All faculty, staff, and students must adhere to the established University System of Georgia policy.

Responsibilities
  • Runs campus errands
  • Monitors facilities
  • Performs general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents and data entry
  • Utilizes a multi-line phone system to answer and transfer telephone calls
  • Assists visitors with questions regarding TRIO and the services offered

Shift Specifics:

  • Up to 20 hours per week; flexible with schedule of availability.
  • Availability between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for TRIO Office or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for TRIO Lounge.
Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at .


Other Required Qualifications

  • Must possess a Federal Work-Study Award.

  • Prior experience providing customer service and/or working in a professional office setting.
Proposed Salary

$8.00 per hour
