HR Generalist’s provides support for a wide variety of activities of human resources including Employee Relations, Recruiting, Coaching, Organizational Change Management, EEO and Affirmative Action, Training, and Benefits administration. The HR generalist is to keep abreast of employment law and compliance in order to effectively advise managers and supervisors in all HR practices and to provide information to employees about regulations, policies, and to provide general support.
