What You'll Own
Manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts as a trusted partner to your Hiring Teams to bring new hires into
Troubleshoot issues as they come up and use your experience to see around the corner to avoid setbacks
Source top candidates through multiple channels and use your sourcing skills to create a pipeline of future candidates
Look for trends and share ideas with team members to help us create a learning environment where we all grow our skills
What You Need to Succeed:
5+ years of full-lifecycle recruitmentEstablished relationships with SaaS Sales candidates a real plus
Passion to provide a interviewing experience based on respect and transparency
Curiosity to learn what makes a candidate excited about their next move and the insight to know if is right for a candidate
