The Pottery Place is hiring! We are looking for a new addition to our team of fun, outgoing, superstars to work in our paint-your-own-pottery studios, either at The Avenue or on Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro. We offer a great environment, an opportunity to learn and a fun place to work. We are looking for team members who know how to work hard, be loyal, dedicated and have the desire to improve themselves while providing amazing customer service to our fans! We are looking for awesome people skills with a mature/responsible attitude. It’s a great position for college students!

These are some of the responsibilities: showing customers tricks & tips for painting, booking parties, lots of cleaning, hosting kids parties, stocking pottery, loading/unloading kilns and more cleaning!

These are the shifts we are currently looking to cover: 15 hours per week including Monday and Tuesday evenings and weekend availability!

Pay depends on previous experience and will earn more by learning more and improving your performance - your pay is up to you! If you want to join a team that cares about you, but expects your best, we are the place for you! We offer all of this, plus an amazing discount.

No previous ceramic or art abilities/experience required. Training is provided in all areas. Prior customer service (retail,restaurant, etc.) is a plus!

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
