Full Description :

Major Areas of Responsibility:

· Provides general administrative support for the Executive Director.

· Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors. Prepares board meeting agendas, materials and correspondence. Responsible for board meeting minutes and record keeping.

· Assists with Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), Georgia Primary Care Association (GPCA), National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and other association correspondence and reporting.

· Prepares and edits correspondence, presentations and reports.

· Maintains filing including contact and document management and archiving.

· Manages Executive Director’s calendar, travel arrangements and expense reports.

· Assists with event planning and donor/funder relations.

· Other clerical and administrative duties and miscellaneous errands as assigned by Executive Director.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Eager and able to embody the mission and vision of Christ Community Health

· Excellent organization skills and outstanding follow through

· A can-do attitude and a strong desire for excellence

· Strong interpersonal communication skills that allow for regular and effective communication with staff, management, board members, vendors and other third parties

· Able to prioritize tasks and work independently to meet deadlines, while proactively engaging supervisor and co-workers when needed

· Strong overall computer skills, including strong experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other software quickly.

· Occasional evening and weekend hours required.

Education and Experience:

· A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

· At least three-five years of general office experience. Non-profit experience is helpful but not required.
