Americas Test Kitchen is seeking an Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer. In this position, the assistant will provide sales and administrative support to the CRO. This role involves excellent and professional sales and admin skills including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, external vendors, business partners, internal team members, and ATK staff.
Essential Functions: An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. Other duties may be assigned.
Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks and be comfortable working within a fast paced sales environment
Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Working alongside CRO offering sales support involving new lead generation, sales execution and/or various sponsorship client projects as needed
Communicate effectively to support CRO across at all levels, internal and external organizations.
Properly maintain records, files, and forms with confidentiality including use of Salesforce CRM
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes when needed and follow up on deadlines on behalf of CRO.
Create, review and edit documents and presentation decks
Provide coverage for our receptionist as needed, ensuring a great welcome experience at all times.
