is looking for a videographer to join our marketing team. As a videographer, you will be responsible for capturing photography from company events and designing summary videos. Additionally, your role will include capturing executive interviews, social media clips, and much more. We’re looking for this role to have an eye for storytelling, studio design, and lighting setup as we deliver a consistent look and feel internally to employees and externally to business partners and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working with SVP of Marketing to create digital videos for social media, internal communication, and external communication.
Optimizing our equipment inventory to ensure that we are able to capture best in class content.
Cleaning and disassembling hardware
Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphone, and props
Calibrating and maintain equipment
Preparing background film or “b” rolls
Developing live feed sets
Troubleshoot problems with equipment
Interviewing people and creating a film clip via editing raw footage
Editing video for social media content
Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
Adding graphics and special effects to videos
Grading video content
Photography / Headshots
Studio set design
What We Need:
Wyndham Capital needs a creative videographer that can capture and captivate our audience with engaging and emotionally evoking stories. You have expertise creating both long story and short snackable content in video form and everything in between. You’re a master at developing a consistent look and feel with all content deliverables. You have a proven track record of being able to develop an idea, execute a shot list, edit and deliver content quickly. You’re a positive team player with the ability to dive into the work and deliver.
Creative and professional reel
Experience developing long form content and then break it into shorter/micro elements.
Experience using Canon equipment
Experience leading multi-camera shoots
Experience setting up subject lighting in differently lit environments
Ability to release rough cuts quickly for review and feedback, then delivering final content
Bravery to get the camera shot in risky situations
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work under deadline pressure
Organization to manage time efficiently
Ability to capture snippets of film to be able to edit it into a cohesive story
Flexibility and good listening skills
Enough patience to wait for the perfect shot or photo
Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment
Understanding of post-production techniques
Can work in a variety of digital venues with software to edit and finish film work
Passion – have to be all about getting the shot.

The Adobe Creative Suit (Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
