There is ONE, full-time Office Specialist 2/Indian Child Welfare Act Coordinator position in Beaverton (15425 NW Greenbrier Pkwy.).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This position provides clerical support to field staff, foster parents, providers, public and agency staff. Clerical duties include completing data entry to make sure that all Federal and AFCAR requirements are met for each case.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Contact with angry, hostile, distraught clients on the phone or face to face. Long periods of time sitting at a computer. Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft programs.

The most qualified candidates will possess the following attributes, skills, and areas of experience as they relate to the position:
Front desk reception experience.
Experience explaining rules, regulations and procedures.
Experience processing, entering and verifying detailed data.
Experience communicating and resolving issues with clients/customers.
Experience working with individuals from diverse populations.
Experience working with the Indian Child Welfare Act.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
Successful candidates for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Due to CJIS requirements related to system access, the following convictions are likely to result in being disqualified for this position: Felony Convictions, Computer theft, identify theft and fraud. CJIS Clearance is done at the conditional job offer.
