Job duties consist of but not limited to:
Answering phone calls, taking messages, completing bid documents and driving bids to various locations, data entry into online system, procuring plans and specifications, familiarizing and understanding bid specifications for various projects, obtaining required documents for subcontractors, ordering insurance and bonds, soliciting bids.
Must be experienced in:
Excel, Word Perfect, preferably accounting software such as Quick books, Pdf. or Foxit, Outlook.
Must have adequate skills in:
Organization, answering calls, taking messages, communication with employees and clients, data entry, time management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
