Medical Front Office Receptionist /Personal Assistant for Plastic Surgery Practice

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS of MEDICAL EX{EXPERIENCE

Full Time Monday -Friday 8:45-5:15 pm

  • Answering 4 phones lines/calls,texts and emails.
  • Responding to daily inquiry leads via emails and text
  • Follow up on inquires/leads
  • MUST have strong follow up skills
  • MUST HAVE 2 years medical experiences
  • Plastic Surgery experience a PLUS
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Confirming patients appointments
  • Managing patient reviews
  • Preparing charts
  • Filing & pulling charts
  • Preparing consents for patients office treatments and surgeries
  • Open and closing office
  • Daily Excel reports
  • Works well with daily reports with deadlines
  • Emailing, scanning, faxing reports
  • Insurance benefits and pre-authorizations
  • Liaison for law offices, hospitals and surgery centers
  • Handle copy record subpoena of records for law offices
  • Works well independently
  • MUST have reliable car
  • Running errands with 5 miles (walk and drive errands)
  • Handle job assignments including hospital credentials
  • Personal Assistant to Practice Manager and Doctor
  • Order office supplies
  • Opening mailing, handling invoices, preparing bank deposits

  • Managing/organizing houses/properties,cars and all personal management
  • ANY Project for Personal Assistant and FRONT DESK
  • MUST be Social Media savvy and own laptop for Personal Assistant work
  • MUST be ORGANIZED
  • Running errand
  • Takes directions well
  • Multitasking and meets deadlines
  • Work efficiently and fast pace
  • MUST Flexible for project or after hours texting for Personal Assistant Position

This is a FRONT OFFICE AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT POSITION.

OFFICE MANAGERS and SURGICAL COORDINATOR will be considered over qualified.

  • Hourly salary will be determined by experience

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE in Medical Front Office or Medical Assistant
