Full Description :
Warehouse OperatorEnsure proper shipping and storing of product. Help maintain a safe work environment and efficient manner and contributing to a positive teamwork environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to unload trailers, count product and verify that it is correct, apply the lot stickers to the appropriate pallets when needed.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and supervisor.
Ability to use storage effectively and place in racks in the correct order.
Ability to certify in Forklift Training Program
Ability to complete battery changes and forklift safety checks.
Ability to operate 2-way radios.
Ability to certify on the operations of dock equipment, including the dock plates, dock locks and lights.
Capable of working according to company policies, safety rules, GMP regulations and perform good housekeeping practices.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS: Certify in Forklift Training Program, basic computer skills, math skills and the ability to accurately fill out all the paperwork necessary in the shipping/receiving department. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively one-on-one. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Basic mathematical skills. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
