TITLE Boxing Club is the fastest growing fitness operation located in multiple states. We are now looking for enthusiastic personnel to work in a challenging, fast-paced and exciting environment.
The Front Desk Sales Associate will report directly to the General Manager.
The role of the Front Desk Sales Associate involves:
To effectively find solutions for prospective new members, identify and effectively sell the ideal Membership Program for their needs
To conduct membership tours for perspective new members, distinguishing TITLE Boxing club from our competitors and building value on what TITLE offers its members, including the best workouts possible in an hour, education, accountability, and results.
To provide information and excellent customer service.
To generate new leads through a variety of creative and proven methods, and attract prospective members into TITLE.
To effectively follow up on leads that demonstrated interest in joining TITLE
To ensure all administrative duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner, including managing the desk, helping members with private training and retail sales, cleaning duties and facility checks.
To deliver excellent customer service, exceeding the expectations of our members.
Participate in field marketing activities as required.
Takes pride in the brand, the product and co-workers, and works hard to deliver an easy yet compelling fitness experience that leaves our members looking and feeling amazing, inside and out
Qualifications & Attributes:
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with members of all ages.
Must possess strong sales and organizational skills as it is the basis of the entire position.
Must demonstrate a strong initiative to generate leads and grow the membership base.
Must be a team player as all departments must work in sync.
Must possess strong communication skills, including active listening, and the ability to overcome objections.
Must possess enthusiasm and a genuine organic desire to foster relationships with people
Must possess basic understanding of computers and be able to learn our point of sale systems.
A formal fitness background is not a requirement, but demonstrating a passion for health & fitness is strongly preferred
5 to 9 hours per day. 25 – 35 hours per week.
Schedule: shifts rotate between Sunday – Saturday. Flexibility to work around school and other commitments.
Opportunity for the role to grow to Full-Time (40 hrs per week)
Associates are compensated in 2 ways:
Wage portion: [ $11 - $13 per hour + commission depending on fit and experience ]
Commissions portion: This gives the candidate an opportunity to earn $2 - $4 more per hour worked. They will also be incentivized with commissions for enrolling new members in the club, and through selling gloves. Commission details will be further outlined to qualified applicants.
