This position provides clerical support to the nursing units in support of the units’ and agency’s mission. This position acts as the receptionist on the unit with duties to include maintaining patient records, performing various clerical duties, scheduling patient consults and transcribing patient orders. This position possesses knowledge of hospital services and medical terminology. This position uses interpersonal skills and demonstrates the ability to interact well with staff and patients.Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Recent experience providing customer service and/or administrative support. Experience using office equipment to include computers, printers, and copier/fax machine.Preferred Qualifications
Prefer equivalent training or experience in a related field.Special Requirements
