Work Shift:2ND SHIFT (United States of America)
SUMMARY: This position will serve as the first line of support for day-to-day inquiries of Team members and assist in guiding on routine matters. The HR Clerk should be a highly customer centric individual with a bias towards change and the ability to assist in propelling team success. This position is responsible for performing and completing the following tasks including, but not limited to, processing attendance, change information into the system for current Team Members, and Separation Notification Forms for terminations. This includes auditing forms for accuracy and completeness, requesting additional Human Resources information; entering and checking paperwork; maintaining other HR data to be included in the Work Day & SAP systems; answering Team Members questions regarding payroll, policies, and benefits; handling employment verifications for current and past Team Members; compiling data and running query reports; assisting with new Team Members with new hire process; posting job opportunities, scheduling interviews and answering questions regarding job openings; ordering supplies; attendance management; some event planning; maintain confidential personnel records; any other duties or special projects as assigned. Must be willing to work flexible hours but position is 2nd shift.
REQUIREMENTS: Education: Associate Degree or above preferred in Human Resources or related field. Experience: 1-2 years experience in HR field preferred. Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel/Word/Outlook. Computer knowledge experience in the following programs: Workday, SAP preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills; Burmese bilingual skills preferred. Travel: 1-2 trips per year may be required.
