This position can be based in any one of our markets or Corporate Office in Atlanta.

The Director of Implementation and Customer Success is a prominent leader on a new and exciting team within GoHealth – the Growth Team. The Growth Team is responsible for expanding GoHealth beyond its traditional urgent care business line into new service lines and products. The Director reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer. partners across all markets and joint ventures to ensure efficient and seamless implementation of new business contracts and service lines including but not limited to Virtual Health, Direct to Employer and Payor efforts, and Primary Care expansion. The role provides appropriate support on key functions including project management, program management, vendor management, multi-department coordination, data management and visualization, training/education, and applications support. The role drives change management across the enterprise to determine best practices and implements these best practices in partnership with each market. In addition, the director will do troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and will serve as an escalation point. The Director will manage 2-3 Customer Success Managers that will sit regionally in the markets.
Responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement best practices for execution of new service lines, products and direct to employer contracts
  • Work with IT to set up new workflows within EMR to ensure proper registration and tracking of volume from these innovations
  • Work with Revenue Cycle Management team to ensure appropriate billing practices, coding and invoicing
  • Lead focus group, interview, or feedback questioning sessions with stakeholders for requirements, testing and continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Facilitates communication between staff, providers, and support teams to ensure flow of accurate timely information and decisions
  • Assesses training needs, prepares materials, shares knowledge and expertise and provides formal and informal education and counseling to clinical staff on an ongoing basis
  • Use data to analyze trends and work with providers to implement proactive strategies to address issues
  • Accountable for collecting, organizing and analyzing data in addition to generating and providing accurate and complete reports for management
  • Consult and guide the practice on developing innovative solutions, including bringing best practice experience and standardizing processes across the enterprise
  • Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or 3 years operations management experience at .
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years of experience with operations management in healthcare environment preferred
  • 2 years of project management in healthcare environment preferred
  • 5 years of experience in HealthCare preferred
Licenses/Certifications
  • PMP preferred
