Full Description :

McCathren is looking for an amazing Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are looking into hiring a candidate with excellent written and oral English skills and strong adaptability to processes. Team player, with excellent attitude to learn in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way according to our service level agreements, via phone, e-mail, CRM or Tickets
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Follow all companies’ policies and procedures adhering to Quality management system guidelines for Complaint handling and reporting
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Assist Manager upon request

Skills:

  • Team-oriented, responsible and organized critical thinker and effective multitasker
  • Must have well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive friendly attitude and patience
  • Ability to work under pressure and adaptability
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office computer program
  • Must be proficient in the English language, Spanish is a plus

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.
We offer paid vacation time, paid parking in building & Medical Insurance reimbursement.
