As an ePay Support Specialist, you will be responsible for answering incoming customer support calls to educate callers on how to self-service through the ePay system. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE?
You will provide callers with an excellent customer experience through front line support for the ePay system
You will correctly interpret ePay customer requests
You will diagnose and resolve customer issues through ePay system
You will communicate in a clear and concise manner with our customers
You will assist callers with navigating through the ePay system
You will educate callers on using the ePay system so they can self-serve with future needs
You will track customer concerns & compliments
You will perform other duties as assigned
You will comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures to assure sensitive or confidential information is protected in accordance with the HIPAA rules and regulations
You will practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Proven ability to provide excellent customer experience over the phone
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
