Full Description :

Front St. Administrative Services LLC is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a Full-time position eligible for Health benefits, 401K with match, holiday, and Paid Time Off (PTO).

Who should apply:
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of office experience with a focus on administrative support.

Responsibility:
  • Organize office operations and procedures, such as:
  • Filing and organization support
  • Supply/furniture/appliance ordering for multiple locations
  • Vendor management
  • Tracking, ordering and maintenance of the agencies automotive fleet and cell phones
  • Accounting support
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks is required
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • A clean driving record
