Full Description :

Client Support and Administrative Coordinator needed. An ideal candidate will have a high level of professionalism, previous experience in a fast paced office environment and will hold the skills to manage various client accounts on a daily basis.

Basic responsibilities:

  • Providing professional and courteous account support for established and new clients
  • Manage client accounts, providing prompt customer service while maintaining lasting relationships with clients.
  • Scheduling requested work orders in a timely fashion.
  • Updating contact and billing information
  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and sub-contractors for future needs.
  • Processing invoices
  • Various other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in a an office role (customer service, administrative)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
