Del Norte is seeking a dynamic part-time Member Service Center Rep I to improve the lives of others through demonstrating performance excellence.
Seeking a dynamic, professional individual to join our collaborative Call Center Team and play an integral role in supporting our company’s mission & vision. Must possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills, high attention to detail and multitasking skills; demonstrated excellence in problem-resolution and critical thinking; be willing and eager to exceed member expectations. Experience/Education Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one to three years’ experience in financial services, preferably including prior Call Center experience. Main duties are Call Center support assisting members with a variety of member account services, including but not limited to: online & mobile banking, bill pay and member research. This position provides universal dual support to Support Services, Card Services and Loan Operations . Must be proficient in Windows & MS Office applications.
